Become a certified BLS Instructor and teach a variety of American Heart Association courses! This course is designed for those who intend to teach both healthcare providers and laypersons. Our comprehensive BLS Instructor course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to teach the following American Heart Association disciplines: -BLS Provider (instructor-led and blended online courses) -Heartsaver® CPR (instructor-led and blended online courses) -First Aid (instructor-led and blended online courses) -Bloodborne Pathogens Prerequisites: -BLS Provider Certification - can be added for additional $69 at check-out   -First Aid Provider Certification - can be added for additional $69 at check-out -Completion of the BLS Instructor Essentials Online Course (approximately 4 hours) -Purchase of the AHA BLS Instructor Manual - (Instructions for purchasing the BLS Instructor Manual will be provided upon enrollment). Requirements after the course: -You will be required to have Instructor Monitoring by an AHA Instructor within 90 days of class completion.   -We include Instructor Monitoring in the course cost. You may schedule your Instructor Monitoring Session with your instructor anytime. More about this will be discussed during class. Class Style: Blended learning environment   -The written/lecture portion is completed online and is included in the class fee. -The Skills Session will be held at our training site on your appointment date.  Spring Special $390 --------------------------------- Booking/Refund Policy Making Changes? Should you need to cancel and would like a refund (minus a $35 administrative step), please notify us at support@venus-heart.com at least 72 hours before your scheduled time/date. If you need to reschedule, we're happy to help! Just let us know 72+ hours in advance, and there's a $35 administrative adjustment to secure your new booking. You may reschedule at www.venusheartcpr.com/helpdesk. For any changes within 72 hours of your scheduled time/date, we'll need a new registration to best accommodate all participants. Refunds: We offer a 72 hour grace period for class refunds. There are no refunds issued for class cancellations after 72 hours of class registration.
