This CPR and First Aid training for pediatrics offered through the American Heart Association, is ideal for a wide range of individuals. It's a vital requirement for daycare employees, foster parents, new parents, babysitters/nannies, and teachers and K-12 grade school students. Who Benefits Most? It's also essential for all healthcare workers who need AED training, First Aid training, or Heartsaver CPR, for pediatrics as a condition of employment or academic requirements. This includes those in physical fitness and childcare, as well as individuals entering a healthcare curriculum, such as nursing students, dental students, and pre-med students. Additionally, it's perfect for new or expecting parents looking to gain life-saving skills. This is a Blended Learning course! You will complete the written portion online prior to your class date on American Heart Association's website. The skills session is from 45 minutes to 1 hour in length depending on the amount of students in class. We teach a maximum of three students at a time for this particular class.
